Come devono essere conservate le capsule dopo l'apertura?

Dopo l’apertura, conservato a temperatura ambiente, la capsula mantiene il suo ottimo stato di freschezza fino a sei giorni. In seguito all’esposizione all’aria, la settimana successiva, il caffè comincia a subire delle alterazioni a causa dei naturali processi di ossidazione.

Come devono essere conservate le cialde dopo l'apertura?

Dopo l’apertura, conservato a temperatura ambiente, la cialda mantiene il suo ottimo stato di freschezza fino a sei giorni. In seguito all’esposizione all’aria, la settimana successiva, il caffè comincia a subire delle alterazioni a causa dei naturali processi di ossidazione. E’ consigliabile mettere il caffè in frigorifero subito dopo l’apertura per preservare l’aroma e il gusto del prodotto che così conservato va comunque consumato entro 21 giorni. E’ necessario in questo caso lasciare che il caffè ritorni a temperatura ambiente per evitare che si creino possibili stratificazioni o grumi.

Qual è il modo migliore per preparare il caffè con la moka?

Per ottenere un caffè perfetto con la moka occorre seguire semplici regole:
1) inserire l'acqua nel serbatoio fino al livello della valvola, leggermente al di sotto
2) inserire il caffè con macinatura moka fino ad arrivare al bordo del filtro e non oltre, senza pressarlo
3) dopo aver richiuso la moka, posizionarla sopra la fonte di calore che dev'essere regolata al minimo per permettere una corretta estrazione nel giusto tempo
4) interrompere l'estrazione prima dell'inizio del "gorgoglio". Quest'ultima fase - detta "fase stromboliana" - rovina infatti il caffè rendendolo bruciato.

Posso utilizzare il macinato Espresso con la moka?

Il caffè macinato per espresso è ideale per la macchina espresso di casa, ma può essere utilizzato anche per la moka. Per garantire una perfetta estrazione con la preparazione Moka consigliamo comunque di utilizzare la macinatura moka dedicata, che si presenta leggermente più grossa di quella dell'espresso.

Quanti caffè si possono bere al giorno?

La quantità varia a seconda dei tempi personali di smaltimento della caffeina. Essendo il consumo di caffeina autolimitante, le persone tendono spontaneamente ad assestare il proprio consumo sul livello ottimale. La European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) ha individuato come generico limite massimo di assunzione di caffeina 400mg al giorno, che corrisponderebbero a circa 5 tazzine di espresso.

In quanto avviene la consegna?

La consegna avviene nelle 24-48* ore lavorative successive alla data di spedizione a seconda della destinazione.

Come verifico che il mio ordine è stato accettato?

Alla fine della procedura d'ordine viene segnalato in automatico l'esito positivo e il codice dell'ordine appena inserito.
In ogni caso, se l’ordine è stato inserito correttamente, viene visualizzato nella sezione “I tuoi Ordini” alla quale si può accedere, dopo aver effettuato il login, cliccando sul proprio utente o nella sezione "Il mio profilo".

Cosa faccio se ricevo un pacchetto danneggiato?

Tutti gli ordini spediti dai nostri magazzini sono perfettamente imballati e sigillati, in modo che il pacco sia protetto da aperture accidentali.
Se al momento della consegna noti che l'imballaggio è danneggiato, la scatola è rovinata oppure presenta segni evidenti di apertura o manomissione, è tuo diritto segnalarlo al corriere ed eventualmente accettare la merce “con riserva di verifica". In tal modo, dopo avercelo segnalato, valuteremo l’eventuale danno e concorderemo il da farsi, mentre ci occuperemo direttamente noi del problema con il corriere.

Posso annullare un ordine?

Sì, basta segnalarlo tempestivamente contattandoci telefonicamente oppure con un messaggio dal sito tramite il form “contattaci”.
L’importante è verificare i dati corretti dell’ordine da annullare: numero d’ordine e indirizzo mail di riferimento.

Come faccio a sapere se il mio ordine è stato spedito?

Al momento della spedizione viene inviata una email di conferma con il link per il tracking sul sito del corriere.
E' possibile anche verificare lo stato dell'ordine nell'apposita sezione del sito.
ATTENZIONE: E' possibile che ordini già consegnati risultino ancora in lavorazione, ciò è dovuto alla non sincronizzazione degli ordini passati.

Come mai il link del tracking che ho ricevuto mi dice “spedizione non trovata”?

L’email viene inviata nel momento stesso della gestione dell’ordine.
Il tracking risulta visibile solo dopo che il corriere ha emesso il codice di tracciaggio, il che avviene solitamente dopo le 21 circa del giorno di spedizione.

Cosa sono i "codici sconto"? Come si utilizzano?

I codici sconto sono coupon che permettono di ottenere sconti su un ordine.
Alcuni si possono ottenere facendo acquisti su siti di partner commerciali, altri vengono inviati a tutti i clienti tramite newsletter in occasione di particolari promozioni generali o legate a particolari linee di prodotti.
I codici vanno inseriti nell'apposito riquadro del carrello e cliccando su "applica Coupon".

Come mai non riesco ad applicare il codice sconto?

I codici non sono applicabili se il carrello contiene già una promozione particolare.
Inoltre bisogna verificare le eventuali limitazioni dello stesso, come scadenza o minimo d'ordine.

Come faccio a far recapitare il mio ordine ad un indirizzo differente da quello di registrazione?

Alla cassa è presente il campo indirizzo: cliccando su nuovo indirizzo è possibile inserire e selezionare una nuova destinazione.
Il nuovo indirizzo inserito verrà salvato nel profilo e sarà nuovamente selezionabile per ordini futuri.
