Shipping policy
**ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY METHODS**
- The Seller can only accept orders for delivery within Italy.
- Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Shipping cost: €5.99 for orders under €65, if at least one product in the cart does not benefit from the free shipping promotion indicated on each product page;
- Free shipping for orders over €65.
- Purchased products can be delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the order within the date specified in the Shipping Confirmation.
- “Order processing time” refers to the time between the receipt of the order and the delivery of the product to the courier.
- Delivery times for ordered goods are indicative only and may vary due to force majeure, traffic and road conditions, or acts of authority, as well as potential delays attributable to the carrier. Therefore, the Seller cannot be held liable for any delays in order processing or delivery.
- Goods are shipped in cardboard packaging provided by the Seller, which varies depending on the products ordered, their number, and their weight/volume.
- Unless otherwise specified in the order summary before purchase, shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are detailed before payment. The Seller reserves the right to modify shipping policies at any time and will notify the Customer when placing the order. The Customer pays for the goods using the method chosen during the order process.
- Delivery is deemed completed when the order is handed over to the Customer, a recipient other than the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer. This is evidenced by the signature (by one of the aforementioned parties) on the delivery receipt at the agreed shipping address.
- It is the responsibility of the Customer—or the aforementioned parties—to ensure availability during the day on the specified days for receiving the products at the address provided at the time of purchase. The courier is not obligated to notify the Customer in advance or deliver the products within any specific time slots requested by the Customer.
- If the courier’s attempt to deliver on the specified days and/or time slots fails because the Customer—or an authorized recipient—is unavailable, the courier will make two additional delivery attempts. If delivery fails after three attempts, the courier will initiate storage procedures. The goods can be stored for a maximum of seven business days without additional charges to the Customer. Failure to collect the goods within this period will result in the order being canceled by the Seller. The full amount previously paid will be refunded for pre-paid orders, minus the costs of the unsuccessful delivery, return shipping, and any other applicable expenses. For cash-on-delivery payments, the Seller may request payment for shipping, storage, and return costs. The termination of the contract, refund amount, and withheld expenses will be communicated to the Customer via email at the address provided in the order.
- Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered matches the quantity indicated on the shipping document provided;
- That the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise unaltered, with intact seals.
- Any visible damage or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier at the time of delivery by noting “accepted with reservation” on the delivery receipt. In cases of damaged packaging, the following must be noted on the courier’s waybill: “accepted with reservation because the package is damaged.”
- Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot contest the external condition of the delivered goods.
- If the Customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the order will be delayed, and additional shipping and handling costs will be incurred for returned or redirected orders. In such cases, refunds are not available.
